    This website is run by two companies. WE Org Corporation is a Maryland corporation in the United States, and its services are described on the US pages. WE Org Limited is based in Accra, Ghana, and its services are described on the Africa pages. In these terms, "WE Org", "we" and "us" mean the company whose pages or services you are using.

  3. Our services

    In the United States, WE Org Corporation provides managed security, risk and compliance services, and develops the NURA compliance platform.

    Across Africa, WE Org Limited provides process modernization, AI implementation, government services, security and compliance, and AI skills programs, including the GNSS AI Fellowship. Its platforms include Adisa ERP, Kuro and NURA.

  4. Information, not an offer

    This website describes our services in general terms. Client work is governed by the signed agreement for each engagement, which takes priority over anything on this website. Nothing here is legal, financial, regulatory or audit advice for your situation.

  5. Results and examples

    The client results on this website are real outcomes from specific engagements, published with client names withheld. Each was measured against a baseline agreed with that client. They are not a promise that you will get the same result. Sample reports and process examples are illustrations, and they are labeled as such.

  6. Acceptable use

    Use this website only for lawful purposes. Do not try to gain unauthorized access, disrupt our infrastructure, test the security of the site without our written permission, scrape content without permission, or break any applicable law.     This website is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

    As far as the law allows, WE Org is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses from using this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer.

  11. Governing law

    We will first try to settle any dispute through good-faith negotiation. If you use the services of WE Org Limited, these terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, and unresolved disputes go to the courts of Ghana. If you use the services of WE Org Corporation, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, and unresolved disputes go to the state or federal courts in Maryland.

  12. General

    If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.

    We may update these terms. We post every change on this page with a new date.
